Happy Sunday!!

If you have followed me for any length of time you know I adore Katrina Kennedy! ADORE HER!! The first thing I did when I received my DSLR in January was sign up for Katrina’s class Your Life Captured Through the Lens! I took this class twice and WOW do I feel my photos have improved. I’m developing a photographer’s eye and learning how to use all the settings my camera has to offer.

I’m also lucky to have Katrina as a friend who always answers my frantic messages about what my next lens should be or how do I take photos of fireworks – an email I sent her on the fourth of July which she answered!

And now I’m gearing up to take Katrina’s Your Holidays Captured Through the Lens! I’m beyond excited for this!! What I’m even more excited about is that I get to give a spot away to one of my lucky Scrapper on the Street followers!!!! How about that?? Leave a comment below telling me what part of your holiday do you wish to capture and I’ll announce a winner on Tuesday.

Here is a bit more about this fabulous class:

I want to capture my 5 grandchildren from age 2 myths to 17 years.

  3. Kelly O says:

I would love to learn how to take better photos during our annual present opening. I always have issues with blurry photos unless I’m using my flash. The low light and movement make shooting in auto really tough for me.

I’d like to capture the candles on my menorah. As well take better food pictures. Thanks Dani for this giveaway!

I’m hoping to try and get some great family photo’s while my scrapperonthestreet daughter and my other daughter and her husband are visiting for Christmas!!

  6. I would like to take different photos this holiday season. I mean how many table settings and present openings can you have — that look JUST THE SAME. Photos of people looking down opening a gift are somewhat boring! I’m sure Katrina’s class will offer great ideas and techniques! Would love to win a spot.

I would love to take this class! I am hoping to do a better job of taking pictures during this holiday season than I have the last couple of years.

  8. Janice says:

I got my DSLR camera just before Christmas last year and took pictures of the tree, lights and family. They turned out very bad because I didn’t know what I was doing. This year I’ve signed up for several of Katrina’s classes. I’ve learned a lot and hope to take better pictures this year of everything related to Christmas and family.

I have a 6-week-old grandson (as of today), and although he won’t be really “celebrating” with us, I’d love to capture lots of pics of him during the Christmas holiday season.

I’m guessing my comment didn’t post, so I’ll re-do it.

I have a 6-week-old grandson (as of today, 11/25), and although he won’t be “celebrating” with us, I’d love to capture him, my daughter, and my son-in-law enjoying Christmas day …. watching the parade, having dinner, having cousins over.

  14. Amanda Kay Tea says:

I would love to capture more photos of my holiday prep. I always seem to forget to take photos of the begin prep and always do the after lol. Thanks for a chance to win.
